Halloween might be over, but the fun of the holiday season has just begun!

It's been a hard year, but what better way to get into the holiday spirit than to start planning your holiday celebration menus!

Before you toss those pumpkins, bring them inside and use them for recipes like stuffing, pumpkin pie and adorable appetizers like these holiday wreaths.





How to Make Holidays Pizza Wreaths 
with Kbosh Crusts

Choose your base crusts


Choose from  Dessert Crusts like Pumpkin Zucchini, 


Gather some colorful, healthy fresh herbs, veggies and sprouts from the garden or farmer's market.


Pumpkin Zucchini Kbosh Crust Wreath with Cream Cheese, *Roasted
Pumpkin, Fresh Herbs & Cranberry

Ingredients
1 Kbosh Pumpkin Zucchini Crust
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup roasted pumpkin, cubed
Fresh Herbs (chocolate mint leaves used in sample above)
1/4 cup Fresh Cranberries
Shelled pumpkin seeds

Directions
Prepare Crust : Place Crust on a non-stick pan and heat on each side for about 3 minutes; watching not to allow the crust to overcook 
Using a Biscuit or Cookie Cutter, cut a hole in the middle of the crust
For the Toppings: Soften cream cheese in microwave for 20 seconds
Using an offset spatula or butter knife, spread cream cheese all over the crust
Decorate your wreath with fresh herbs, roasted pumpkin, pumpkin seeds and cranberries
Use larger herb (Pictured with chocolate mint) or lettuce leaves to create the bow at the top
Other topping ideas: Cheddar cheese chunks, fresh berries, , dried cranberries, pink peppercorns, basil, spinach leaves, arugula, ricotta cheese, goat cheese


Kale Kbosh Crust Wreath with Kale, Mushrooms, 
Pumpkin & Fresh Herbs

Ingredients
1 Kbosh Kale Crust
1/4 cup roasted pumpkin, cubed
1/4 cup wilted baby kale
Fresh Herbs (rosemary & parsley used in sample above)
1/4 cup Mushrooms
1 TBS olive oil
Lettuce leaves for the bow

Directions
Prepare Crust : Place Crust on a non-stick pan and heat on each side for about 3 minutes; watching not to allow the crust to overcook 
Using a Biscuit or Cookie Cutter, cut a hole in the middle of the crust
For the topping:  Brush on oil then add wilted kale and mushrooms first then top with roasted pumpkin and freshly chopped herbs
Fresh lettuce leaves used for the bow
Other topping ideas: Butternut squash, spinach, basil, arugula, feta cheese, goat cheese, cauliflower, broccoli

with Chopped Spinach, 
Mushrooms, Cranberry & Fresh Herbs

Ingredients
1 Zucchini Kbosh Crust
1/4 cup Chopped Raw Spinach
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1 TBS sliced jalapeno peppers (seeds removed)
Cranberries
1 TBS olive oil
Rosemary & Basil for the bow

Directions
Prepare Crust : Place Crust on a non-stick pan and heat on each side for about 3 minutes; watching not to allow the crust to overcook 
Using a Biscuit or Cookie Cutter, cut a hole in the middle of the crust
For the topping:  Brush on oil then add spinach and mushrooms first then top with cranberries and freshly chopped herbs
Fresh Basil leaves and Rosemary used for the bow
Other topping ideas: Kale, arugula, red baby peppers,  green bell pepper, scallions, sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower

Use leftover pumpkin for so many holiday recipes

Peel & chop fresh pumpkin, season with fresh herbs & roast to bring out the flavor. Enjoy this flavorful, healthy vegetable all season long. Freeze any unused pulp, seeds or meat for use throughout the holiday season.
