Use Two of our Cauliflower Crusts (or your choice of crust) to make this adorable Pumpkin Pizza What You'll Need: 2 Cauliflower Crusts 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce (see recipe below for Sugar Free Recipe!) 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Parchment Paper Pencil A sharp knife (leave this part to the adults!) Simply Carve two pumpkin shapes for both crusts then carve the eyes, nose and mouth shapes on just the top crust Bake them both for 10 minutes at 325 degrees on a parchment lined cookie sheet Spread Pizza Sauce all over the bottom layer crust Sprinkle Cheese on the bottom half of the bottom layer crust (this will show through the mouth when the two crusts are combined Place the top layer crust on top of the bottom layer so they match up Place back it the oven for an additional 15 minutes (or until cheese bubbles) Optional: add some chopped up sausage or pepperoni to use in the mouth area |

Directions
Bake crust for 10 minutes at 350 degrees on a parchment lined cookie sheet
Take Crust out of the Oven & Spread Pizza Sauce all over the crust leaving a 1/4 inch on the edge

1 Cauliflower Crust
1/4 Cup Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup Ricotta
Black Olives for the eyes
Parchment Paper
Directions:
Bake crust for 10 minutes at 325 degrees on a parchment lined cookie sheet
Spread Pizza Sauce all over the bottom layer crust
Take a scoop full of ricotta cheese and create a ghost
(make one, two or three!)
Add little black olive eyes

Directions

Bake for an additional 15 minutes
