Just in Time for the Big Game!
Make this "Several" Layer Dip Served Over Chips made with Kbosh Crust
The Super Bowl is just around the corner and even though the game
might be as big as ever, parties this year will definitely be small.
Now is the perfect time to plan your paired-down party spread that's
filled with flavor and fun instead of calories and carbs.
Kbosh Crusts are a big winner when it comes to keto-friendly finger food. The quintessential Super Bowl Party hors d'oeuvre, Ultimate Nachos can be made keto-friendly when you use the right toppings and Kbosh Crust.


Use a ground beef that has at least 80% fat as the first layer. Pile on any or all of these ingredients to make your nachos SUPER special. Shredded spinach or romaine, diced tomatoes, onion, radishes, cheddar cheese, jalapeno pepper, sliced olives, black beans, scallions, full-fat sour cream or plain greek yogurt and avacado all work great over Broccoli, Zucchini, Mexi-Zucchini and/or Kale Kbosh Crust Chips.
To make the chips, simply use a pizza cutter to slice the crust of your choice.
Next, place the chips in non-stick pan and heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside to cool. We used a combination of Broccoli, Pumpkin Zucchini, and Mexi-Zucchini Kbosh Crust for these Ultimate Nachos.


Spray the bottom of a cast-iron or oven-ready
saute pan with cooking spray.
Place a layer of chips inside the pan.
Spoon a layer of ground beef over the chips
then start arranging the veggies.
Add some more chips and beef and cheese over the veggie layer.
Place the pan in a 350 degree pre-heated oven until cheese begins to melt.
Remove the pan from the oven and top with sour cream and avocado
and garnish with more scallions, olives and radishes.
To serve, simply place the pan on a trivet and have your guests scoop as much as they'd like on their own plate. To be safe, it's not a great idea to grab one chip at a time. Alternatively, place the chips on a separate tray and then serve the toppings in individual serving bowls. This allows your guests to serve themselves and then heat their dish in the microwave.

4 Kbosh Crusts of Your Choice
1 pound 80/15 ground beef
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup diced tomatoes, divided
1/2 cup diced onion, divided
1/2 cup slices jalapeno peppers
1 cup shredded spinach
1/4 cup chopped radishes
1 avocado
1/2 cup full-fat sour cream
1/4 cup sliced scallions
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
