Ingredients
One  8-oz package cream cheese
One cup heavy whipping cream
Three TBS sweetener
Two TBS Dark Chocolate Bark
Two TBS Red and White Sugar-free Candy
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1/2 tsp mint extract


Directions

Place one Chocolate Zucchini Crust in a 9" pie pan
Bake in a 350 degree over for 8 minutes
Let cool

Place 1 TBS  sugar-free peppermint candy in a chopper until a  fine, powder is reached (takes seconds)
Chop 1 TBS of candy into larger pieces for topping
Chop Dark Chocolate

In a small mixing bowl, mix 2 TBS sweetener with 3 tsp your choice of chopped candy or peppercorns and set aside

In a mixing bowl or food processor, add softened cream cheese 
(allow to come to room temp on the counter 
then microwave for 30 seconds) 
Add powdered sugar/candy mixture, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix until creamy

 In another mixing bowl, add heavy cream, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract,
 1 TBS sweetener & whip

Spread  cream cheese mixture all over the first crust
Top with your choice of candy and 1/2 of the dark chopped chocolate

Place second crust over the cream cheese filing

Spread whipped cream filling all over the crust

Have fun decorating 
Use as much or as little sugar-free candies and chocolate as you desire

Place pie in freezer overnight or for at least 2 hours
Slice, Serve &  Enjoy!
